# East Coast CAD

> East Coast CAD LLC is a Maryland husband-and-wife CAD and BIM shop in Bel Air, MD (Blue Book since 2007). It draws shop-ready steel detailing and shop drawings, BIM and scan-to-BIM, county permit plans, AHJ hearing exhibits, mechanical drawings, and as-builts for steel fabricators, GCs, contractors, and homeowners who need permit drawings, mostly in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. George Noll draws every set. Work is quoted by the set.

Notes for agents:

- Contact: info@eastcoastcad.com. The site lists email, the on-site chat, and the quote form. It does not list a phone number.
- To start a job, read the How to book page first. The quote form (POST /mail-lead.php) needs an Altcha proof-of-work check that runs in a browser. A plain HTTP client without the widget will be rejected; use a real browser or email instead.
- Prices are quoted by the set. Fixed prices for permit and hearing products are on the Pricing page; shop drawings, mechanical, and BIM are quoted from the files you send.
- East Coast CAD does not engineer steel connections (that stays with the Engineer of Record) and permit plans are compiled from the recorded plat, not a field survey.
- Customers log in at https://portal.eastcoastcad.com to pull sets and unlock permit canvases.
