# Permit revisions

> Revisions when the county comments. Why: AHJ comments land and the job stalls. What: we revise the same exhibit - clouds, notes, clean resubmittal. When: quote by the set.

Canonical page: https://eastcoastcad.com/services/revisions/
Last updated: 2026-10-09

## What you get

- Revision clouds on the sheet you already have
- Notes sized for the AHJ
- Portal path for the next upload

Not a full redraw unless the comments demand it.

## Price

Comment revision: $125 per cycle. See [Pricing](https://eastcoastcad.com/agents/pricing.md).

## Why now

Start a revision before the resubmittal window slips.

## Who draws it

Blue Book since 2007. George Noll draws every set (27 years). Quote by the set. Mostly DC, Maryland, and Virginia; based in Bel Air, MD. You are hiring George (he draws every set) and Amber (she keeps the shop moving) - not a drafting mill.
