## What you get

- Bolt-grade details and part marks
- Weld maps and bills of material
- Assembly + single-part sheets
- Connections drawn for erection (erection-minded details)
- BOM matched to every sheet
- PDFs sequenced for the bay - not a second-pass mess
- Stairs, rails, connections, misc. metals, and structural steel packages (George's work runs from 800+ ton structural steel and misc. metals packages down to railings, RTU supports, and small fabrications)

## How

Share the design package - we coordinate with structural and deliver fabrication-ready sheets. Follows the Shop-Ready Path: Share -> Model -> Check -> Draw -> Deliver.

## Not included

We do not engineer connections. Connection design stays with the Engineer of Record; we detail what the EOR and fabricator standards call for.

## Price

Quoted by the set from what you send. See [Pricing](https://eastcoastcad.com/agents/pricing.md).

## Why now

Shop time and steel prices do not forgive re-work. Get a shop quote before the next RFI pile grows.

## Who draws it

Blue Book since 2007. George Noll draws every set (27 years). Quote by the set. Mostly DC, Maryland, and Virginia; based in Bel Air, MD. You are hiring George (he draws every set) and Amber (she keeps the shop moving) - not a drafting mill.
