East Coast CAD · DC · Maryland · Virginia
Looking up Carroll, Prince William, Anne Arundel, or any AHJ below? We draw the permit-plan exhibit (lot, house, proposed work, setbacks). You file it with the county. Not a field survey.
Mostly DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Based in Bel Air, Maryland. Drawn by George Noll.
Each row is that county’s own website and e-permit area (opens in a new tab). County sites move; if a portal 404s, use the official site next to it. Preview a lot on permit plans, then request the set.

Lead designer — he draws the set
27 years in project management, engineering, drafting, and technology — started in 1999. Hundreds of completed projects, from 800+ ton structural steel and misc. metals packages down to railings, RTU supports, and small fabrications. He draws the permit exhibits, shop sets, and BIM work you see on this site.
Lead marketer — she keeps the shop moving
Life is serious — you might as well push forward and have fun doing it. Amber keeps East Coast CAD moving for clients: questions answered, packets scheduled, and the front of the shop clear so George can stay on the drawings.
