What we collect

When you request info, use chat, or run a permit preview we may collect first name, last name, email, a message, and a property address. Permit preview uses that address to look up public GIS and land-record data for the lot.

Where it goes

Request forms email info@eastcoastcad.com and create or update a contact in our East Coast CAD HubSpot account. Site chat can be saved encrypted on our server, keyed by a session cookie. Permit preview files are stored encrypted, not as public files.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-QKLTFQZZ82) for traffic. HubSpot sets a tracking cookie so a later form can attach to the same visitor. Chat and preview use a cookie so your session can reload. Forms use a self-hosted Altcha check, not Google reCAPTCHA.

We do not sell this

We do not sell your name, email, or address. We do not put the street address or phone as scrapable text in the page source. Public GIS used for a preview is already public lot data.

How long

Leads stay in email and HubSpot while we are working with you or as the law requires. Encrypted chat and preview files are kept so we can finish the job, then we can delete them if you ask.

Hundreds of completed projects, from 800+ ton structural steel and misc. metals packages down to railings, RTU supports, and small fabrications. He draws the permit exhibits, shop sets, and BIM work you see on this site.
