Exhibits are not shop drawings. They are the picture someone has to understand in a meeting, a filing, or a closing — an easement over a drive, a line the owner needs to see, a condition for the file.
We draft from the survey, the deed sketch, the photographs, and whatever the attorney or owner marked up. If a recorded plat is required behind the exhibit, that stamp still belongs to a licensed land surveyor. We coordinate and draw.
