HOA neighborhoods
The board runs the neighborhood. We draw the packets and keep the inbox. Not another CAD button — a place residents apply.
Mostly DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Based in Bel Air, Maryland.
Neighborhood
$49/mo
Board enrolls the HOA. We host the guidelines, the lot list, and the application inbox. Residents request a packet. You approve or send comments. Cancel anytime. $490/year if you pay annually.
Resident packet
$199
Fence, shed, generator, paint, or addition exhibit drawn to that HOA’s rules and the recorded plat. The homeowner pays this. The board gets a readable sheet, not a sketch on graph paper.
AHJ hearing
$299
Variance, special exception, or board-of-appeals exhibit when the county is the audience, not the HOA. Same CAD, different cover. AHJ packets.
Most HOAs are a Gmail inbox and a binder of covenants. Someone emails a napkin sketch. The board guesses. Neighbors get mad.
East Coast CAD stands the neighborhood up:
- Board signup. Name, covenants, architectural guidelines, who votes.
- Residents apply with an address. We draw the exhibit to those rules and the recorded plat.
- The board gets a sheet they can stamp yes, no, or revise. Not a licensed survey. Not a substitute for county permit.
The map is the board dashboard: lots from GIS, color for waiting / in review / approved / denied. Enroll today. A login and saved neighborhoods come next — this page already paints the lots.
County permit is still separate: permit plans and the e-permit list. Hearing at the county: AHJ packets.
